

JOOLS CHAFFER: TODAY THE HARD WORK REALLY STARTS!!
With just over 6 weeks to go until The Big Photoshoot – bring it on! Jools and Leanne had done an enormous amount of work to get him to this point in his training schedule and judging by the pictures today the final photos will look amazing! As part of the main session Jools had his body fat measured which is 12.22%, a drop of 2% in a month and 10% in 4 months. As well as dropping 10cm from his hips, 12.5cm from his waist, increasing the size of his biceps, chest and back AND increasing the amount of press ups he can do – all since 30th May 2013!! The Jools Chaffer Bodybuilder Cutting Diet starts in a couple of days so there will be a further decrease in body fat. The diet is when results will REALLY be seen 🙂
Jools still had work to do to further increase the size of his chest and triceps. So pumping iron is on the agenda! Jools had two sets of four triceps exercises and two sets of four chest exercises to complete and at one point he was bench pressing with 26kg in each hand. Pumping out each repetition until there was nothing left – success and bodybuilding doesn’t come easy and if anyone can handle the workload Jools can!
FITNESS TESTING
Fitness testing is vital for any athlete who has a goal and Leanne includes Fitness Testing in her clients training programmes every month. There are many purposes of fitness testing:-
- To measure fitness levels
- To highlight strengths and weakness
- To evaluate a training program
- To assist in setting goals
- To determine health status
- To aid motivation!
